How to change sense icons to stock android?

I'm really not a huge fan of the sense icons for everything. I would really love to have the stock Android icons. Anyway to do this? I currently am using LauncherPro and thought that would change them but it didn't however.

You can't change them, they're different versions. Like there is a HTC calendar widget and an Android calendar widget.

Just delete the ones you don't want and add the Android versions.

No the icons.. Like for internet, messaging, others. Not widgets

Settings > Manage Applications > HTC Sense > Clear Defaults and Force Stop is the only thing i can think of without going with a custom rom.

Turning off, and even removing Sense, does not change the icons.
