Anyone heard of any Stable undervolted Non Voodoo Kernels coming out soon? Or anyone ran the imnuts -100 for a while or even the -50 and been stable??

Alright so last night I did the reboot thing. Plugged in the phone while off all night to get a full charge, Just now booted into recovery cleared batt stats, than when booted up phone it was at 95%! You guys think it will still be calibrated still? Ill repost findings in few days. Let me know thanks

It prob wasnt at 100% after you cleared stats, when you charge it overnight it eventually reaches full and to prevent overcharging it drains slowly down to 95 then charges back up. To achieve this: after your phone says its fully charge when its on, turn it off with the charger still plugged in and wait for it to reach full again, then unplug it boot into CWR and wipe the stats and when you boot up it should be at full or at least 99%.

Thanks. I know about the Battery going up down like that. So you think it didnt take. charge it to 100% while on than turn off and let is say fully charged while off. than go recovery clear batt stats.? cause its at 26% rigth now been on for 8hrs. Minimal use at most.

Correct ya its normal for it drain quickly during recalibrating maybe give juice defender a try if you dont use your data that much when ur phone is sleeping. I would leave my phone unplugged overnight and when i wake up i see it only dropped a couple percent. Give it another wipe and report back in a couple days if the behavior of the battery hasnt changed.

ok im charging it up right now while on, than ill turn it off charge it till it tells me its full while off, boot into recovery wipe them stats, than go about my night. yah it dropped crazy fast tonight. thanks Vi3

Also after you wipe battery stats and reboot your phone, run it down under normal usage to about 5% uninterrupted, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. No need to turn it off again to finish charge this time as if you've calibrated well it should only take a matter of less that 10 seconds or so to reach 100% once off. That tiny bit isn't going to make a difference.

Well that wont happen tonight since ill be going to bed soon after I wipe it. So I shouldnt leave it plugged in over night. unless I leave it unplugged over night, in which case i prob wont make it through tomorrow it will die but I can try lol.

For this to work most effectively, you have to do this. You can wipe stats now and hopefully get a slight improvement to help for now, then do the whole process when you have time.

Ill just do the wipe right before bed. shouldnt kill battery to bad while idol over night. than just wont use it much tomorrow at work so it shouldnt die on me. Hopefully LOL

edit. Can I just turn it off over night after i wipe it??? than tomorrow run it down to 5% and charge up again?

Don't know. I never tried it. The person from whom I originally got this method did an uninterrupted normal discharge then complete charge up, and that has worked best for me.

Well Ill just leave it unplugged while I sleep hopefully doesnt drain to bad, and I have at least 70% for my 8hr day of work

How much are you using it during your work day? I wouldn't know what to do with 70% at the end of my day.

Lol @ snareman. I mean 70% when I wake up at 7AM so 70% to get me through the day. I use it light to moderately. Text msgs mostly maybe hit up the forums once or twice thats about it. I usually end my day of work at 4pm and have about 15-20% left. so something is wrong. I just wiped stats and leaving it so i can plug it in for full charge at end of work day tomorrow. I need to give it full charge after day of use sharky said. So thats what im going to do.

Oh, ok. Now we are in the same ball park would never leave the house for work with it at 70%. I get nervous when I get down in that 20% range. All diaphoretic and stuff.

Looking for a way to get better battery without flashing roms.

Okay, I have my new (refurbished) fascinate after losing vibration in the last one. It came shipped with EA28........

Yummmmm.

I'm looking for the best way to save battery without flashing a rom. I know I can root, de-bloat, and de-bing. Is that pretty much all I really CAN do WITHOUT flashing a custom SuperClean rom?

I have a Mac, and rarely any access to a PC, so a lot of things are limited. However, I do have the tools to root/unroot and push files to the SD card for Mac.

GIMME WHATCHA GOT, PEEPS!!!

EDIT: Oh yeah, thanks to whoever moved this post. Now it will never get answered. Awesome.
