Has anybody managed to get this going on a 16GB sd card? Or is it still messed up?
Install the Nook app from Android Market.
I GOT IT!!!! Pulled out the 'old' Vaio Vista laptop and started from scratch and BOOM first try, got the gapps installed!!!
EDIT: whats up with a lot of apps not in the market? do they work in the froyo market on the nook color?
So i was succesful in installing android 3.0 os onto my nook using this method, but i've decided i'd rather have my 8 gb sd card back and not have my nook boot from the sd card. How do i unmount the boot from my sd card?
I used one of these16GB Class 4 cards. It works great and the price has dropped a few dollars since then.
If you are a Mac user and are having trouble using adb getting market and google apps on your nook it is as simple as adding ./ before each adb command.
That is a class 2 card. Might work fine though since it's Sandisk.
I ordered one of these for a few dollars more since it's class 4. I'll let you know when I get it to see if it makes a difference from my A-Data 16gb Class 6.
