How to fix S8 phone with pop ups that started after softwear update. I

According to other comments I am reading, I am pretty sure the software update caused the popup problem. Everyone's problem started at same time and it wasn't a problem before with no new apps added now.

It's one of your apps, not the system.

Preinstalled apps on Samsung phones have been known to carry ads (like Peel Remote), so it's possible that the system update might have also updated one of those bloatware apps to start showing ads.
