How to see Internal memory drive's usage?

I click on SD card in settings and i see the amount of MB's left, but where can i see what is taking up the space if i have to delete?

get an app from the market. I use ANDexplorer. There are a few others. Also, you could simply plug your phone in to the computer and mount the sd card...
