How to solve an error update ?

[AC Question]

I get an update for my Cubot S308 on the pre-installed app call "cordless update" and after he got in recovery mode then it say error... Now without a backup plan I tryed to go and wipe data/factory reset from hard reset and then I press the reboot system now , but it will return to menu , I can't go in the phone , please I need a solve !
