How To Update Galaxy S6 To MM?

Hello everyone, I do apologize in advance if this has been answered already somewhere, I've looked all over and haven't had a solid answer yet. I recently got an S6 model S906L, it goes through Tracfone. It's currently running 5.0.2 and my question is how do I update it? Smart Switch doesn't work, OTA doesn't work, calling *22890 doesn't work. I've tried almost everything. Might you guys have any solutions??

if the phone is locked to your network then it is up to the carrier to push updates. if you don't want to wait then use odin to flash the firmware you need

I have an AT&T branded S6 I unlocked and took to Cricket. It wasn't seeing updates any of the usual ways either, so I took it to a Best Buy with a Samsung Experience Shop and they updated it for me. It was shockingly quick and easy, no questions asked. If you live near one of those Shops it's worth the time.
