How will Samsung handel the 15 day trade in for us Irma?

I just got a new email saying my shipment due to Irma is being delayed. How will this affect us in Florida and the southeast in the path and our trade in period to send in the old device?

If they charge me the full amount because it doesn't get to them in time I will be livid if they don't extend it. I can't help it they won't send my package because of the hurricane.

No company worth their salt will make things difficult for people in disaster struck areas. They will go above and beyond once this is all over. Take care. What good is the N8 if you've been impaled by a tree branch while looking for the delivery truck?

I'm hoping the flight takes off tonight with my phone and they send it to the hub even if they don't deliver I can at least come in with my drivers license and pick up the phone.

Samsung gave us the big middle finger again. They sat an extra day on these while the carriers shipped.

Also for some odd reason my phone didn't get on this mornings plane in time like it was supposed to despite being at the hub for TWO days.

I will check flight aware later. on the local news they said UPS would stop deliveries after Friday.

I would like my phone though so I can play with it at the hotel or my aunts if we are forced to leave. Hell, 3/4 of the state might lose power with this storm depending on how it moves.

If we are hit hard and it might take a couple weeks I might just pop in a tmobile store or best buy and purchase unlocked and refuse delivery and rolling the dice with Samsung.

I checked flight aware and they have flights heading to Miami right now so hopefully my flight in the early AM is on as well. Not giving up hope yet they have their flight to Ft Myers which is further away from Irma right now than SEFL.
