How would you improve the Moto X Pure Edition/Moto X Style?

I decided to keep mine, since like the overall experience of the device and handy really to have two devices, plus the Note 4 will be mainly for VR. Now that I am keeping it, here are items IMO needed in a firmware update- in no particular order:

1. Throttle options for the GPU. The CPU is efficient and not a battery drainer, but there needs to be options for both, or at least the GPU.

2. Add option to use the LED for notifications. I turn them off, since counting this and the eye sensors, saves close to 20% battery life.

3. Add option to use display notifications only when charging and leave off when not.

4. Camera focus based on display touch location.

5. Tweak low light photo algorithm to optimize (Moto mentioned they were doing this).

6. Add option like LG has to apply immersive mode to any app to hide the nav bar.

7. Increase volume output to ear speaker.

8. Increase volume output to the headphone jack (I use Poweramp to increase, but higher output should be native to the device).

9. Restart device option when pressing power.

Just these updates alone IMO would make the device supreme :)

You can press and hold the power button and the phone will eventually restart automatically.

Sounds like you want them to pile on LG and Samsung additions.

I like the Nexus-like experience with useful Moto add-ons.

Number three is a really good idea. Number four if somewhat redundant. Some of the others would begin to defeat the purpose of running vanilla Android.

1) I would like it to have a 3500mah battery.

2) I would like Motorola to respond to why there is 4 GB of missing space from the 64gb model, when bloated Samsung phones with 64gb have more.

3) I would like Motorola to move their mfg plant back to the USA.

Is it missing or are there large apps?

2) I assume you know that 64gb = 61gb because of marketing nonsense?

3) would you also like to have 4) higher price for the phone?

I would definitely pay a higher price for a device, or anything for that matter, that is made in the US.

That isn't the case here. The device appears to be missing 4gb. Again, it has 4gb less free storage than the bloated N5 64GB. Something is funky with allocations.

Just an assumption, but maybe there is quite a bit of software in the background that it's used to configure the device to work on all the different carriers??? I have no clue, just a guess. ..

When you first un-boxed and took it out, what was your remaining storage space? Did everyone else have this same number, or is it just your phone? I curious.

So is it used + free doesn't match used + free on the Note 5?
