HTC Froyo... Questions

I m thinking on flashing to the new HTC Froyo rom but have a few questions of this...

Can I install some kind of free tethering app to work as wifi?
I know I need to be rooted to use Wifi tethering. But Can I use easy Tether with Froyo?

Will the battery last enought for the day? (Using Cm6 froyo rom in the browser eats very fast my battery)

Pros and Cons About going HTC Froyo?

I m currently running CM6 nightly rom.

I would wait until the "official" release is out in the next few days. Besides, there are people having issues with wireless tethering.

ok In these days will be realease from sprint ?

then I will wait. just downloading for the record still going back to to 2.1 cause of the mms and keyboard. I like the keyboard of the 2.1 better than the black one of the Froyo

If you don't mind sense, my FroYo Rom is beta but everything works. It's super quick and the battery will last all day.

I was reading about it, but some people are having problems with your rom

Remember its just a beta. And the only problem was WiFi tether. And it should work.
