I am looking for an illustration Photoshop-like app

I have two vehicles both of which I am modifying. When I was on PCs I used Photoshop or Illustrator to modify pictures of those parts. With Photoshop you can work at the pixel level for cleaner edges. Are there Android image editing apps that can work at the pixel level? I don't need 3D or CAD, just a good 2D editor.

Adobe Photoshop is in the Play store.

Picture editors on the phones are geared towards "whole image" adjustments for quick picture tweaks.
To get the level of editing you want, you will need to use an actual desktop or laptop computer.

That said, Adobe has three "photoshop" editing apps on Android. If you are willing to jump between all three, you may be able to get what you want, just not all in one app.
