Infinity Watch Face

I tried to purchase your app. I just bought the note 5 and I can not find it anywhere on my phone. I had it on my note 4 I do not understand I really like the app and don't understand why I can not get it on my brand new note 5. Any help is greatly appreciated.

"Hi there, when developers submit apps to the Gear Store, they select which phone + watch models their apps are compatible with. Unfortunately, once new models come out, developers have to update this section for each app they have published. Many of them have probably not gotten to updating this information yet."
That is why we can't see certain apps.

Samsung Gear S owner/user.
I had to do a factory reset my Note $ and Gear S. Had Infinity on the Gear working fine before. Redownloaded and reinstalled it. Now the "change apps" feature freezes the watch. Have there been changes since about mid-August?

Not yet but it's being worked on. There is an X in the upper right corner but it's not but visible so if you click in that area it'll go back

Love the face but can't use anymore. Keeps blacking out and unable to update it, just stuck on installing.

Hi everyone, the new update for the watch face is out - please let me know what you think.
For those who have issues installing - unfortunately the installation process depends on the Samsung Gear Manager. Many other apps and watch faces have the bug that they won't install properly. Try stopping the installation process, restarting your phone and watch, and resetting the watch to factory settings.
You should also now be able to see the watch for newer phone models (like Note 5).

It's admirable that you're updating this watchface but, for whatever reason, it just gets worse for me on my neo. What was once a very functioning and smooth operating face has now become useless for me. I uninstalled before to the update and was happy to see there was no black screen. But as soon as I swipe to the right, the watchface changes to some random face I've never seen or installed!!! Seriously what is up with this thing????

Much better on the S, though there are still minor glitches. Touch sensitivity on the face is too high, causing accidental app openings when you're just trying to swipe. Some of the app slots can't be changed (couldn't change 13). And the animated face is rough, though I'm pretty sure that's from weak hardware. Definitely better than it's been for months though!

The slot for weather wasn't working until I restarted, now all are working fine.

Sorry about that, there is a detailed watch face without shortcuts that I added in case some people want to see the time better. When you swipe, the center watch face in the icon layout gets accidentaly clicked and that's why you see that other face. We are working on fixing the sensitivity issue now and will publish another update soon

The sensitivity is much better now, thanks will begin using again and reporting if any issues are found. One thing I've noticed is that I've got to swipe all the way from the left, off the the bezel, to change pages or otherwise I will launch the contacts app. Other than that, it's a huge improvement!

Bummer... I got my hopes up because it seemed from the recent comments that the latest update was working for everyone, but I can't even get the update to install! Is anyone else having this issue?
