iPhone 6's are bending when sitting down?

Me. I own both Android and Apple devices because I like what both platforms offer. Even though both Companies have their faults, that won't stop me from enjoying their products and services.
If you admit Apple has faults why do you have such a problem with me pointing them out?

Because you make it seem like Android or its manufacturers doesn't have their flaws. I can speak from experience owning both Android and Apple devices. You speak from what you read from the media. You hate Apple so I wouldn't think you've owned any recent Apple devices.

What's so misleading about their marketing. Their ads are straightforward...

This is the honest and straightforward apple that was forced to include a disclaimer in adverts after a law suit over shortened iphone sequences?

Or the honest and straightforward apple who blacklist news agencies for printing negative press?

Or the honest and straightforward apple who are masters at bending the truth subtly enough that the lay man misses the trick ( see the response on bendgate from apple on that one)

All firms do it. Give it a rest preaching that apple are holier than though eh?

So unless I experienced something myself it means there is no evidence for it?

Do you think the iPhone users reporting this are making it up?

For all we know, they may be paid Samsung shills. I wouldn't put it past Samsung. Smear campaigns have always been around for a long time.

What ads are misleading? They brought the press into their testing facilities to show their testing process. I never said Apple is a flawless company. If you read my previous post, I already stated that they have their faults.

The ads that showed the transition duration in the UI? Really? I should also sue Google on the Google Now commercials because I don't get the answers I ask for as fast as the commercials show. They don't have a disclaimer stating that response time may vary based on network signal strength.

Has the iPhone 6+ bent in your pocket or have you seen it actually happen. The iPhone bending in a pocket and intentionally bending with your hands are totally different. I've also seen videos of people bending and breaking GS4's easily with their hands. Does that mean it has a design flaw? No. It means it can break if you want it to.

Yes, the GS4 apparently did have a design flaw, one that was rectified in the GS5. It had many flaws in fact. That's why the S5 is unquestionably a better phone. Still, the S5 has flaws of its own. And you know what? If Samsung doesn't fix the glaring faults while other manufacturers do, I won't be buying an S6. I know fanboys and apologists struggle with that basic bit of common sense, but it's really not that difficult.

Now, whether the faults of a bendable, slipperly, easily damaged metal body are important to you or not, that's subjective. If you don't care, that's fine. Just stop trying to pretend it isn't a fault that bears consideration.

Uh uh. No proof of pocket bending.

No, but it is proof that it bends relatively easily compared to other phones. You have not given any proof that it can't bend in a pocket. If you can't or won't connect the dots, well, there's nothing more to say.

Eh?

I've just told you what Apple do with adverts and told you how they mislead with marketing.

Are you one of those posters who ignore the discussion and charge on with your own blinkered agenda regardless?

Burden of proof is on the accuser, and it hasn't happened.

So...I guess you have missed all my posts saying how awful touchwiz is, or how much I hate Sense, or how stupid Google's jihad against SD is, or how QHD is poitnless.

You say that assuming I have never used an iOS device in my life.

You hate Apple so I wouldn't think you've owned any recent Apple devices.
Owning both devices does not give exclusive rights to have an opinion.

Plenty of people on here who have owned iOS devices. Even recently. Here you go

I can actually provide many more than that.

So I suppose the complaints littering the Apple forums are just coincidence. I counted 20 in one thread alone. The writer at iMore realized his iPhone 5 was bent and he had no idea how it happened. Then he went on to say anybody who didn't realize metal bent was stupid. Himself included, evidently.

Sorry, from what I have seen, combined with basic knowledge of aluminum and some common sense, I don't need any more proof. Aluminum is not a good material to build phones out of. Period.

Neither is sheet metal for body panels on cars because it dings too easily. Can you imagine what it does in an accident? OMG! Why couldn't they have just made them out of polycarbonate so it just pops back out like Saturns had.

Like I said previously, it's only ok to post negative things about Android when you post the complaint but when others do, you always rebut in most cases.

Have you owned any "recent" iOS device and used it for an extended amount of time? If so, why would you do that since you hate Apple with every part of your being.

It would make you more credible in your opinions if you currently own devices from both platforms instead of parroting the media.

I never stated members here didn't use iOS devices but they also don't spew as much hate towards Apple as much as you.
