is anyone else with a note 8 dropping calls when sending a text?

Background, I have an UNLOCKED Note 8 (Brought From Samsungs Website), with AT&T. I have gotten a new Sim Card, updated the IMEI Number, EVEN SENT THE PHONE TO SAMSUNG for repair. Phone still drops calls when sending out a text message. I've noticed my phone drops LTE as soon as I place a phone call and it goes to H. I'm working all over DC over nights and it happens both inside and outside of the city. Any Help is appreciated.

Nope works fine for me. Do it all the time.

Not sure what that is, however any updates AT&T have pushed I received and may be paying the price for it.
