Is Jellybean on your Sprint Galaxy S3 yet?

Over the last 5 days, I've done the Google framework trick 15 times per day. Yes I counted and made sure I did it the same way each day. Today on the 12th time it worked.

So tell me, after doing it 72 times the past 5 days, did it work? Or was it my time?

how long does it usually take for Sprint to get updates this big to all their customers?

I believe the internal Sprint rollout announcement said nearly a month.

In Orange County, CA and can't get this update to save my life. Tried putting it on the SDcard and get that mounting error in recovery mode. Dark forces are aligning against jelly bean meeting my phone.

I heard that u have to be on stock recovery u can still be rooted but it has to be stock recovery

The mounting error is caused by your sd card being formatted with the exfat file system. Your external sdcard must be formatted with the fat32 file system.

What does clearing the data on Google services framework do? Does it get rid of any Google files (login, contacts, etc.)?

You won't lose any of that so if you want the update OTA give it a few tries. As others mentioned it worked for them :).

Or you can manually download the OTA file and install it from the post below. That's how I updated.

Clearing framework and immediately rebooting worked for me too.

I had performed a framework clear 60+ times over the last four days with no success including close to 10 times already today.

I'd suggest people try the clear framework and reboot to see if works.

Like others have said you need to try it a few times. Clear it, reboot the phone then check for update.
