Is there any possibility to update an Indian OnePlus One with the official OnePlus exclusive CG?

I'm from India and an Android newbie here, I'm with Windows Phone all the way. I just want to know whether there is any kind of possibility to update an Indian OnePlus One with latest CG by flashing the ROM or any other method? Some kinda work around where I can get an Indian One equipped with the official CG ROM made especially for the One? Kinda curious since Android is known for its OPENness.
