So, I just placed my new order. Here's hoping it goes through ok. I called to get the $100 credit, but they said the order was still in review (I called right after I submitted). I should have just placed the order over the phone. One really interesting note, there is a difference in my confirmation emails between the two orders. On my original order that was messed up, in the lower right, it showed "VISA *****". On my new order, it showed "VISA *1234" (where 1234 are the last 4 of my credit card). At this point, my guess is that by selecting paypal, it flagged the order as paypal, and ignored any credit card input. Clearly, it's a bug in their system.
Hopefully I'll have no problem getting my $107 (after tax) discount back. I highly doubt I'll ever see any free gift for pre-ordering. I'll wait to see what it is, then perhaps a twitter campaign would be in order.

Edit: And now my card has been charged. Hopefully no more glitches. I got a decent scare last night as both the gray and sliver showed "coming soon" in their store. However, this morning, only the gray still showed coming soon, and the silver was in stock.
