If you don't (or do) keep your N5x, depending on your Project Fi experience, take a look at T-Mobile, especially if you can lay claim on a small business account in any way shape or form. I have a EIN (like a social security # but for businesses, basically) from when I did consulting on the side, and T-Mo's small business plans are awesome (plus you're getting the 'better half' of Project Fi's network, anyways). Now I've got 2 lines, unlimited talk/text, free EDGE data in 160 countries, and LTE in Canada and Mexico, with 10GB per line, for a total of $100 a month ($50/line). Project Fi's WAYYY more than that (also, streaming audio which is most of my data usage doesn't even count towards the 10GB).

Yeah, sooner rather than later. I had to cancel and re-order to change my delivery address. I was worried I'd be pushed back in the queue, but it looks like I'm in the same place Oct 28-30 with however many days for delivery. I chose free delivery. I'm replacing a four year old phone. A few weeks doesn't make a difference . . .

Just to add fuel to the fire . . .

I ordered my Nexus6 on Nov 4th and it had an est delivery date of Dec 12th. It arrived Nov 17th. But that was also a dumpster fire of a sale.

I think most things tend to ship early.

My status went from Preorder to Pending with my overnight delivery date of October 20-21

I'm still showing a PREORDERED status. My estimated delivery date is October 30- November 3. I didn't get to order mine until about 3pm. I ordered a 5x 32gb in ICE.

Actually place the order and you get dates.

My work is too hard to do that. I wait till UPS or FEDEX notifies me of the shipment. I note the date. If not home I have UPS hold it at a FedEx Office or UPS at a UPS Store. You have to register for free accounts.

Depends on shipper's instructions. I have a package inbound that I can't divert until the first delivery attempt is made. I have UPS My Choice and FedEx accounts.
