Yeah, if something like that happens when it finally comes time to ship I will just pass on the phone all together.Just so you all know, when your order does come ready to ship, and your card declines due to fraud and you try to tell them 4 weeks ago, but you cannot change it by googles terrible system they steal that phone that was yours, and ship it to someone else. Even though yesterdays CS lying sack of crap said it was the IMEI that tied it to your order.
Yeah, if something like that happens when it finally comes time to ship I will just pass on the phone all together.
This will be my second nexus phone, only second because of Verizon, and it is by far the most horrible experience of getting a device shipped to me yet. I have virtually no excitement left about this phone at this point. This shipping crap is killing it.

Upgraded to overnight shipping (whenever the hell that happens) and $25 refund.
And I love the fact they say this in the message: "Rest assured that orders will still be shipped in the order that they were received." Uh-huh, sure you are.
