It's bs, others go right to shipping wI thoug a days wait. Like seriously do these people know how to spell their own name.

finally the 64gb grpahite I ordered on 10/2 has shipped. I will only receive it on Tuesday with ground shipping. After all this delay, they could have at least done overnight shipping.

So the FedEx dude just dropped my phone on the middle of my porch -_- might as well have made a big sign saying what it was...and laid down some carpeting leading up to my porch so whoever would bother to steal it had a comfy surface to walk on...and maybe a massage chair on the side of my house to sit and relax in while unboxing my phone...and a tailor to custom fit a suit for them on the spot so they can walk off with my phone in style...

Me too. I just received mine some minutes ago. So disappointed. This is the first time I have ordered anything through the Google Store and the first Nexus phone I will own and this has been really horrible.

Just so you all know, when your order does come ready to ship, and your card declines due to fraud and you try to tell them 4 weeks ago, but you cannot change it by googles terrible system they steal that phone that was yours, and ship it to someone else. Even though yesterdays CS lying sack of crap said it was the IMEI that tied it to your order.

This will be my second nexus phone, only second because of Verizon, and it is by far the most horrible experience of getting a device shipped to me yet. I have virtually no excitement left about this phone at this point. This shipping crap is killing it.

I live 20 mins from the carol stream shipping location too which means absolutely nothing lol. Great to see so many posts with phones flying out of carol stream IL except 64GB Frost 6Ps pre-orders!

I'm not even gonna sit here and tell people to be patient. I've been on this road with all of you for a month and have to say, it's seriously screwed up how Google has handled this release. If it's any help, what I did was honestly harass the hell out of them, with every email I received from them saying they are sorry I responded with a...You guys have really disappointed me email back. The last one had about 4 attached pics showing people who had ordered close to 25 days later than me and had received their phones in days, not weeks, I attached the same model, GB size, and color and said really....Do you care to explain how this is going on? Well the last email I sent was yesterday morning, and my phone shipped out tonight. Whether that's a coincidence or not, I don't know. But I did call and email them a few times voicing my opinion.

Will getting the phone make me forget what it took to get it, I doubted. But it better take as good of pics as all these reviewers are saying...lol
