Just called and spoke to Google CS to ask about my 6P (frost 64gb, ordered 9/30, still pending) and if it would indeed be shipping out today. He told me that he was sorry to say that it was taking longer than expected to get those orders out and it would be delayed and that I'd get a $25 refund.

Then when I asked when it "would" ship out, he put me on hold to "get some more accurate information" and then came back and said that it would almost definitely be shipping today and I should just wait for the confirmation email and that Google tries to never delay shipments unless absolutely necessary so I should see a shipment email today.

Seems like kind of mixed messages but...I am at least moderately hopeful.

I've resorted to contacting CS as well. I'll compare the answers we get after I have done so.

@Fubie, i'm tempted to check w/ CS to see if we'll get it a bit earlier? Do you have any charges on your card at all?

Doesn't seem like there's ANY status update for 128G Graphites yet.

Same bs with mine, "it looks like there was a delay, we don't know if inventory has arrived, it should ship today." Other words, they have no clue.
 
Just a reminder that the shipping notice from Google can come super late. I ordered a case on a Tuesday and then woke up Wednesday morning to a shipping notice emailed from google at 12:42AM. The case was shipped Tuesday afternoon and was already halfway to my house by the time I woke up and read the notice on Wednesday. So if you are expecting to see your phone go from processing to shipping today, for sanity's sake maybe just wait to check until tomorrow (;
 
I know we're all having first world problems but I'm so happy I'm not the only one going crazy haha. I'm still in pend city with my 64 frost and I'm at work checking my damn phone every half hour for updates. I'm not angry at anyone who already received their frosties or anything, just furious at Google for having this system work so awesomely. I ordered mine 10 minutes after the announcement yet people get their frosties who ordered way later. Google... Come on... I want to love you but you tease me :( good luck to those in pend city like me.
 
Ordered Nexus 60 128 gb Aluminum on 29th sept just a few mins after they opened for pre-orders. Expected delivery date btwn 5 - 9th Nov

I just called google support today to find out status and they said that its scheduled to ship today and on track to be delivered on time. Just an FYI for all those 128ers out there

Same boat. Ordered within minutes of preorders going live. 128GB Aluminum. Ship by date of October 30, delivery date of November 4-6. I chatted with Google Store support on 10/29 and they assured me that there were no issues with my order and it was on track to be shipped on time, no later than the next day.

At this point it still hasn't shipped. I chatted with Google Store support again today, and was told that they found out that there were "manufacturing issues" on 10/27 and have been scrambling ever since. My order is still listed as "leaves warehouse by October 30", with a listed delivery date of November 4-6. However the support person I was chatting with indicated that it would likely be at least a week before it actually ships. He will also in theory be following up via e-mail to see if he can get me a firm shipping date. He was surprised when I told him I hadn't been e-mailed about the delay.

Just got off the phone with CS asking if ANY of the 128G Graphite has been shipped. He thought i was asking if i could order 128G Graphite. First he told me it's all out so if I'm still interested in ordering check every Wednesday cuz that's when they stock up.

He then told me my order did go through and is processing (in warehouse) and on track to ship 11/5 (Thurs). I asked if there's a difference between pending and processing since that's what i see on my order page. He said when they change it to processing on the google store page it means they're charging your card.

Let's hope they'll ship my phone on Thursday. 3-8 more days of torture, N5 shutting off every 10 mins these days without putting it on Airplane mode :(
 
Ordered October 13 from Huawei. 64gb graphite and still nothing being shipped !!

I don't understand why people are calling Google for deadlines that haven't even passed yet. I see a ton of people that say that they contacted Google about their phone when their original delivery date is Nov 5th-9th. WTF? Have a little patience!

Do you have yours? Those deadlines became crap the minute people started ordering the last week or so and already have their phones. Not attacking you, but people have legitimate gripes. Those dates doesn't give Google a pass. It's like whoever is handling their shipping didn't even know there were preordered devices.
 
Please post your thoughts on the spec shell case once you get it. Like the rubber grippers but concerned it will be too bulky.

Will do, I've had same concerns, but of all the cases.. that one seems like it offers the most protection. After reading reviews on the case for other phones, I feel pretty confident it will be good to go.
 
Ok for everyone who ordered from Huawei, you will not be happy with this post, apparently all of the shipping info that was sent out over last week about models being shipped was an error, and it will be LATE NOVEMBER before any of the 128GB models are sent out.

We/they are calling google because while the "delivery date" is 5-9, the "leaves the warehouse" date is Nov 2, aka today. Usually people see their status go to "Processing" a day or two before it ships, so when your phone is supposedly guaranteed to ship by today, and it's not even been processed, then it's a little concerning and worth calling. It can't come by Nov 5-9 if it doesn't ship when it's supposed to ship.

Aren't we all anxious to get the phone, and isn't that why we're even following this thread. When other people get their orders ship early wouldn't you want to know if you'll be one of those lucky people to get yours early?

I am extremely anxious because my N5 is at a piece of s*** stage that it doesn't hold any charges i have to charge my phone all the time and when it's not charged it would only hold it for 5-10 mins. phone would die while im texting or on a phone. so that's why i wanted to know.

My delivery date is November 4-6. However my ship by date is October 30. Which has passed, and the phone hasn't been shipped.
 
My 64gb aluminum phone was supposed to leave the “warehouse“ today for tomorrow's delivery as per customer support. However, the status remains pending, no charges on credit card and customer support don't have a clue. Safe to say the order Is delayed.

Given UK being a smaller market, don't think they really care. Disappointed.
