Crap shoot. I've been there well over a week. A 'test charge' came and went on my credit card, which I found out, today, is just because it's been so long since the first one, back near launch day. My "ship" day is today, and no email yet. The phone rep today said 'the shipper' has it and I should get a shipping notification in the next 24 hours. We'll see.

I'm in the exact same boat as you man. Patience is killer lol

Can you pay a screen shot of your order? Completely believe you but Google CS does not believe me.

Thank you god and Google for making my birthday today one of my best ever. Got my 32gb aluminum today and what a beauty and easy to set up and get going. My only issue is copying my watchmaker files into the new phones. Tried zip the files, copy and pasting the files but not luck. The watch faces show but the images for each of the watch faces are missing.

Hope everyone gets theirs soon if not today.

Ordered the evening of Oct. 30th,
Spoke with support about my delayed processing time on the 31st (people ordering after me we're getting processed sooner?), and today it shipped.
Fedex says 'In Transit' with an expected delivery of sometime tomorrow! Now to go to sprint and have them install a Sim on Wednesday. ))

I think it may be different regions, having different stock...

Well just so people know, once the order has gone processing they can't cancel it until you get a tracking number. I ordered the 32, called to cancel the 64, and no dice. And they couldn't tell me when it will ship between now and the 16th either. Good times. Lol oh well let's see which one ships first.

Well this is a new one for me. CS told me I have two options. "Wait, or cancel the order." No where in my life would I have ever thought a company would direct people to cancel an order. No where in my time doing online retail CS would that have been an appropriate response. I would have been fired from my job for doing so. They have just confirmed to me that the 64GB Frost they said twice was shipping 11/2 is not in stock.

I would say the majority of people on here that called either Google, or Huawei have been lied to and told god knows how many stories. The CS reps at Google just basically read off your order sheet repeating to you what you can see if you log directly into your account on the Play Store and give BS about orders being placed and than shipped accordingly, and Huawei is pretty much doing the same thing.

People are just fuming over the fact that people are placing orders as late as yesterday with them already being shipped out as people from late Sept and early Oct haven't gotten anything yet and still stuck pending or processing.

Was told to check back on my 64GB Frost order if I receive no shipping confirmation on or before Nov 5th (first day of expected delivery). Said it was a good sign that I was not one who received the device delayed email others have received.

Has anyone who ordered from Huawei gotten their phone? Or any update? Ordered 10/1 with "late October" ship date and I'm still processing.

I'm in the same boat! I ordered from Huawei on 10/01 at 12:01 am PST and my order still shows as pending also. The only crazy thing is that my order confirmation doesn't even mention a ship date at all

The same exact scenario for me. I cancelled my Aluminum 128GB 6P ordered through Project Fi, due to the fact that Nexus Protect is not offered w/ Project Fi orders.

Ordered Aluminum 64GB 6P through Google Play yesterday w/ Nexus Protect. My credit card was charged this morning & my phone shipped today scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
