@skarenboo if you wait long enough the chat button will light up. Then you'll be asked to enter a question and even then the submit button will be greyed out. It will eventually light up and you'll be placed in queue. The buttons will refresh automatically without refreshing the page. as a pre warning...you'll get the same response as everyone else especially if you ordered a frost configuration. "Everything looks great!" "Will Ship!" "Its Delayed..." "We'll email you..." Womp womp. Only if Google properly set expectations, they wouldn't have such irate consumers. A little bit of transparency is all we ask!

Let's see what they say regarding the 128 Graphite. since there hasn't been anyone that has it shipped yet.

Yes. My 128GB Aluminum was supposed to ship 10/30. It has still not shipped.

Seems like Google isn't the only clowns around town. My order from Amazon with my screen protectors and case was supposed to be delivered today and I just got an email stating that it has been delayed until Nov 9th?

Ok now I'm just like what the hell is going on, did Google, the phone manufacturer, & 3rd party accessory companies think that there would only be about a dozen 6p's sold?

We live in a world were nobody does anything right anymore. This is such a dropped ball from like all angles that has to do with this phone. Sad part is that Google will have warehouses full of these things next month and nobody will want it because they will have moved onto either another Android device or yes it's true ended up visiting Apple and going that route.

The cases and screen protectors, depending on what you purchased, are likely delayed because pretty much all of the original orders that went out before the phone was made available to the public had some form of flaw that made them insufficiently usable.

I ordered a supershieldz tempered glass protector and a verus case. The tempered glass protector covered the proximity sensor and the case's cutout for USB C port is too small. Both are being re-shipped to me in a revised version but will not ship until friday at the earliest because that's when their stock comes in.

I completely agree with you though, this entire launch has been one HUGE clusterf*ck.

Just got off the phone with Google cs. I think I knew more than she knew. The short is that supposedly my 32gb graphite will ship by the end of the week. I inquired about the $25 credit that others are receiving. She stated that I will receive the $25 credit after the phone has shipped. I clarified that this would be in addition to the $50 play credit and she said yes. My leaves warehouse date by was yesterday. I'm tempted to order a the alu because I actually like it more but don't want to lose my play credit or deal with an rma.

Yes, the 128 GB Aluminum was supposed to ship by Oct. 27th...order page still says it and of course stuck in pending. Funny enough the 64 GB Alum I ordered last night is now processing. Of course if it ships early, I'll stick to the 64 GB...which is honestly enough storage for my needs.

Google reps say that despite the play store showing stock and shipping sooner, the ones designated for fi customers are held up. Now why you would put something on s shelf instead of rerouting it to a customer who is waiting is beyond me. I already got a SIM and tempted to cancel and order through play store but no guarantee that would turn to mud as well. So I'll keep my fingers crossed for my ship date to come early. would really like to take the camera through its paces during Thanksgiving days off.

Ordered from Google Store October 30th - 128GB Graphite it says pending with an estimate of Nov 13th-16th. Checked my credit card and it has the Google charge Pending but not yet Posted. Do I need to wait until its actually Posted to the CC account before expecting the thing to ship possibly sooner?

I had the 32gb graphite ordered. Last Thursday 10-29 I saw the 32gb aluminum was avail. I ordered it at 5pm Pacific. On Friday morning (10-30) it was shipped and I received it yesterday. Had Note 4 and wasn't sure about the 6P. Love it! I was worried about the funky camera area but looks much better in my hand than in pictures.

Aluminium 64 GB 6P.

I was on the wait-list for about a week, got the now in-stock email notification and ordered on 11/1/2015, shipped the following morning on 11/2/2015, and will hopefully be here by 11/4/2015.

My buddy who pre-ordered around 3 weeks ago is still pending, and rightly so, quite pissed.

Totally reminds me of the original Nexus 7 debacle, where those who pre-ordered didn't receive it until several weeks after they were widely available in retail stores like Target, Walmart, and Gamestop.

Called CSR just to check if my order was delayed and it is not delayed.
CSR assured me I would be receive a shipping/tracking information on or before Nov 2. They clarified that the shipping/tracking info will not be sent until Google's Warehouse has actually receive my order and has been shipped out by Google to FedEX.

I assume my status will not change to processing until Nov 2nd and their inventory shows my specific order is in hand to ship.

In regards to my order from CSR has been delayed up to 3 days. My order should be shipped on Nov 5th. CSR told me I would be refunded overnight shipping as well in addition receive the $25 credit for my inconvenience. I went on to ask CSR is this issue with all Nov 2nd LW and I was told yes in regards to those who preorder.

Wow I ordered my 128G Graphite on 10/1 and estimate 11/10-12... shocking to see that you ordered almost 1 month later and is only 3-4 days later.
