So if I understand correctly first they will send you a Shipped email and after it another email with the $50 store credit?
 
My order switched overnight from Pending to Processing. I feel a little stupid that I paid for overnight shipping, but when I ordered they were projecting shipping just days before I leave on vacation and I wanted to make sure I received it before I left. Having it shipped to my business address, so we'll see if that goes smoothly.

128GB Frost, with Protect, ordered the evening of 10/30; originally scheduled to ship 11/13-11/16.

I have to admit that I'm a little anxious now, what with the reports of problems with Bluetooth (especially connection to car systems) and sound volume via headsets and Bluetooth speakers, and a few other quirks ..., but I guess I'll just get it and see for myself. I really want this phone to be everything I'm hoping.

Fingers crossed.

To my pleasant surprise, I got the "Great News!" email. My order has shipped (label printed). I think I'm going to regret paying for the overnight, as I don't think there's any way it will actually arrive tomorrow at my business address, so I will probably have to wait until Monday. But, I can hope. :) I'd love to have it to play with all weekend.

Received this shortly after adding this post. Maybe I will actually get it tomorrow, after all. :)

Ordered my phone (Graphite 128gb 6P) on Oct 30th and it arrives tomorrow. I guess it helps to be 5 towns away from the warehouse in Carol Stream!
 
I created an account to share my story, after watching this thread since first pre-ordering the 6P. I hope my experience is not common.

- Pre-ordered a Nexus 6P 128g Graphite on 10/3, confirmed with delivery date of 11/10-11/12
- Got an email on 10/4 saying because I've not purchased anything before (new Google account for a fresh start on the new phone) I need to confirm my identity, which I did.
- Order showing as "pending", ship date showing as 11/10-11/12 since purchase
- Checked the order last night again, all the sudden it now shows "canceled" as status
- Requested a call from Google, who advised me the order was canceled due to my payment issue when I first tried to place the order
- I had to send a picture of my government ID and my debit card (with all but last 4 of card number obscured) and was told I'm finally good to go.
- Got an email today saying because the first order was canceled, I need to re-order my phone, which is now of course out-of-stock.
- I called asking if anything can be done since technically I pre-ordered and the "pending" status didn't change until last night. I get that I'll probably have to wait on the phone, but I really wanted to ensure I could keep my 90 day music trial and the play store credit originally offered for pre-ordering.
- I got a reply advising nothing can be done about honoring my $50 play store credit or my 90-day free trial of Google Music, and that there is "no secret stock anywhere".

I work in customer service over the phone as well as by email, and I know how demanding and rude customers can be when they don't get what they expect. I feel that I was very professional in all my phone calls and emails to Google, but I'm more frustrated now by how I was responded to by the most recent representative I worked with. I may be reading the tone wrong, but I definitely didn't ask to check for a magic/secret stock of phones, and ultimately I feel like more could have been done to help me.

Got my shipping email ordered on 10/30 originally delivery window was 18th-20th, tracking says i should have it by Monday 32gb aluminum

Now i just need to find a 6 foot or longer type c to type c cable
 
In an interesting twist, my 128 Frosty from 11/4 with an expected date of 11/13-14 just went to processing to shipped (overnight) in a matter of 24 hours.

My 128 Al from 9/29 pre order day is still PENDING with an expected 11/5-11/6. No e-mails, no notifications, no answers from Google CSR's.

WHAT A JOKE! But hey, I get a white 6P tomorrow, it's meant to be white.

Email ding went off and to my surprise, my Project Fi 32GB Aluminum 6P has shipped!!!
 
Ordered 128gb Nexus 6p Graphite on 9/29 pre-order. Orig shipment scheduled 10/30 - 11/2 - got delayed messege on 10/30. Charged YESTERDAY (11/4) called Google CS and they confirmed they were shipping it but didn't actully pack it to ship it. 24 hours later (Today 11/5/) they decided to pack it up and ship it. Due to arrive tomorrow by end of day.


Special note: I called yesterday to ensure that google credited me the $25 for delay & refunded my overnight shipment costs which was spelled out in the delay email they sent last week (Because they actually charged me the original pre-order prices). Good thing because they hadn't calculated that in and now they will be doing so.

My phone dinged to alert me a charge was placed on my card, so I proceeded to jump up and start dancing around my living room, only to see that the charge was Sling TV taking their monthly dues out, not my phone being processed.

Little things like that are making this BS of waiting to be charged even harder.
 
just got the shipping notice today. 128GB Frost, ordered Nov 2nd, had expected Nov 18-20. Fex Ex says it's expected by Tues, Nov 10th. I won't complain.

Ordered my 128 aluminum on 10-1 in the pm. It was scheduled to ship today and actually did. Went to processing last night maybe around 8. Thanks everyone for the moral support and for setting expectations.
 
It's done it! My phone shipped! Ground No upgrade :-( saying it is scheduled to be here on or before Monday! 64GB Graphite ordered 10/02/15
 
Ordered from Google Store October 30th - 128GB Graphite it says pending with an estimate of Nov 13th-16th. Shipped tonight receiving tomorrow. Seem to be moving the graphites..
 
It arrived today, left work to grab my frosty. To summarize, its the reason we are all filling up this forum with crazy talk. It's like the first time I listened to the Beatles. It's that good. Keep the faith y'all.
