i know its prolly gonna sound noobish, but i'm half asleep and my brain doesnt work when i'm in this condition...

basically, i'm running v9 w/ zefie's old scott pilgrim rom.

what is the easiest way to revert to VD without losing my root...?

(as stated, i'm effin' tired, so yea....)

try the return to stock option (in signature), and rooting is simple using gingersnap

There you go - flash that.

Rooted Stock VD rom

Make sure you install the Picasticks kernel with that one (link below)

Xionia kernel works better with the CM7 release Roms.

Do not do that. It will cause issues with the V9 radio.

If your device is not a refurb, use the LG Mobile Support tool to update to LS670ZVD. You will lose your root access temporarily. Use either Gingersnap or the rooting guide to re-root your device.

Yea, I was coming back to reply - You do have to use the LG updater tool to update to VD first

It will retain your root - it's how I upgraded from V9 to VD

Ended up getting a half hour free, returned to stock v9, ota'd the updates, and ginger-broke it. Thx guys
