Just picked one up from Costco

New owner checking in, just wanted to say hi and a BIG thank you to everyone that has contributed to the forum. It made my decision much easier.

Long story short, saw price drop at Membership Wireless to $99 for 2-year AT&T contracts so I went for it! They were able to continue my old unlimited data plan as well - happy camper here.

So far so good, running at 40% brightness-manual. Phone is holding steady at 32*C while charging on the stock charging combo and streaming youtube on LTE at the same time.

Yep! Best part is Costco will price adjust so I'll keep checking. The SquareTrade deal was also $99 for 2yr w/ $50 deductibles, seemed like a good offer. Little additional bonus in the end - they give you a gift pack w/ a magnetic flap holster (don't think my phone fits, it seems really tight), dual usb car charger, cleaning cloth and diy screen protector kit.

I think $99 is the negotiated rate for Costco Members. The actual link was something like SquareTrade.com/Costco, prompt to enter member number. I did not really shop around though, I remember I used to see SquareTrade coupons floating around slickdeals often.

BTW, Costco down there doesn't offer Costco Cash cards? Up here the price for new activation is $79/$99 depending on carrier and you get $25 back with a free car charger.
