I dont see any info from VM of FB but on Twitter I see some responses from some people apologizing and telling us they are upgrading to help capacity issues. Not a good thing, sounds like there infustructure is saturated and they didnt prepair for it. HMMMMMM I think a refund is coming for me. I'll wait a couple more weeks.
On Facebook go to Virgin's Wall and search (using your browser, not FB) for "Virgin Moblie USA". You will see several replies from VM stating they are having a nationwide outage. There are also several replies requesting people to send an email to vmusocialcare@sprint.com though it seems like what they are trying to do is spam Sprint's tech support with problems
