From what I read over at OP was setting: Conservative. Min 100000 Max 1000000. It sounds like you can play with the min setting just as long as you don't go over 1000000 it will use the undervolt. The phone does become laggy and somewhat unstable if you drop it down too low.So I'm a bit confused what should be done in setcpu to tke advantage of undervolting and battery life. The xda post says "First I suggest that you use SetCPU to lock in 1GHz to take advantage of the slight undervolt"
Does that mean I should set Max and Min to 1Ghz?

first of all thanks for playing with my kernel. i'm glad it's working wonderfully for everyone.
second please read my OP on xda...it has all the questions so far answered in it and should clear up a lot of confusion and 'not exactly correct' advice in this thread
if anyone has any questions or problems please let me know over on xda.
thanks
We have Froyo DK28 overclock! Better late than never right?

No problem, link removed. I usually don't post direct links, but members were approaching me asking where the download link was (I realize it is clearly listed in the XDA thread, but I was approached nonetheless). My apologies.
And just to clarify things, nobody here was taking credit for your work. This thread is simply here to notify our members that this kernel is available. If you look at our many ROM threads in this forum, this is the same format that is used to notify them about ROMs as well (there are no direct download links in those threads; this was an exception for the reason stated above). Usually we don't make threads to notify members about kernels alone, but since this is the first overclocked DK28/EB13 kernel, it was merited.
Myself and our members have nothing but the upmost respect for your work. I will add a credit to the first post if you still feel I am misrepresenting the kernel's author.
I don't think anyone has a problem with linking over to xda site or even if you had a link to our site and saying "I did not create this SOANDSO did over @TeamViper" that kinda thing. teamviper is pretty tight so one of us sees something that another one of us worked hard on and it seems like they arent getting the credit they deserve everyone just pounces![]()
how you getting such an improvment? mine went from 1500s to 1700s
