I figured i would make it easier for user's to find Kernels, so here are links to the most common tested at the moment.

Non-Voodoo...JT's can be found in ROM Manager
[Kernel] StupidFast v1.2.3 (UV Test / No Voodoo) - xda-developers

[KERNEL] StupidFast v1.0.36 (Stable) - xda-developers

Voodoo...1 ghz (1.1ghz, 1.2ghz OC'd)
[RELEASE] Voodoo (v0.2) ext4 lagfix for Fascinate! Now with AOSP boot animations! - xda-developers

[KERNEL] Dirrk D02 Voodoo lagfix OC/UV - xda-developers

Again I would only use Voodoo if you are fully aware of it and what it does and can do. I just put all of these together to make it easier for user's to navigate them.

Also here's the link to how to flash kernels if you don't know how to already. There is also a link in this Thread on how to fully uninstall Voodoo, that has an automatic uninstaller .zip included.

Read everything carefully and you shouldn't have any issues. Hope this helps, Enjoy!

awesome thanks!

any imput by people which kernel is favorable?are both the stupid fast kernels stable? which one between those do people prefer?

what about jts kernel in rom manger... hows that one compared to the stupid fast?

Both of the stupidfast kernels aren't stable yet only v1.0.36 is as far as I know.

And as far as which is better, that's more of a personal preference imo. But as far as non-Voodoo kernels go the stupidfast v1.0.36 is pretty solid. So was jt1134's stable 11/11.

I think a survey or a poll would be a good idea.

im gunna do a non voodoo kernel sometime today... just cant decide which one.

choices are either stupidfast idk which is better, or the jt

Since it's your first kernel I'd try the jt1134 stable one in ROM Manager. It'll do the trick and let you get the hang of using a new kernel, w/o using cwm recovery to unzip it.

OK thanks. Well if flashing a kernel is the same as flashing a theme I think that's easy. If I do jts kernel on task manager do I still do a nandroid backup? If so how?

Yes I would do a backup just to have it. And I said how in your other thread :)
