latest andriod broke my phone

[AC Question]

after update my htc one m8 is stuck on bootup screen white background with htc
in center screen I tried to do factory reset and recover but nothing worked it says
no image I went to shop where I got the phone but they were no help and also went to a repair shop they could not fix it either I think my self the firmware is wiped from phone because of this update?

How was the phone updated? Did you update over the air through your carrier?

If it's a carrier update, contact them - it's a liability issue. (Basically, they broke your phone, they have to fix or replace it.)

If you downloaded a file and updated it yourself, you're on your own.
