Key word is may and based on the hypothetical specs it probably would. I'm not convinced everything in that article will be in the device. Great if it all comes to fruition.

You don't want that option.

You want a universal unlocked phone.
On their credit plan.
If you can't pay for the phone in 24 months..
Their full finance charge of 24% interest kicks in.

I refuse to pay anybody over 6% to use their credit card...
Period.

So you need to take this into consideration.
