legality issues pertaining to apple, are we now d.o.a. ?

I have not read all of the articles relating to the gnex blocked in the states. If this transpires, I think the possibility of verizon gnex receiving jelly bean will be far and few in between.

What's your take on all of this?

i dont see it being an issue at all actually. people already own their devices and 4.1 doesnt infringe patnets any more than 4.04
