This is the absolute worst experience I've had with Letstalk. How can you order a phone that is in stock and then check back four hours later and have the system say it is on backorder! Don't they know I've been tortured enough by delays!!!!!

I cancelled mine and just bought it at Verizon. Way to impatient for this. For anyone who cares cancelling the order is very easy, just reply to your confirmation email with a "please cancel my order" and it was done within 10 minutes.

Mine was cancelled in 10 minutes as well, but they said it would be 1 to 5 days to release the hold on the money. Pretty standard for cc holds.

i just find it really shady that they'd charge you before they even have your order in stock. any orders i've had that were backordered were charged only upon the item's ready for shipment.

I'd stay far away from this deal. Yeah it's a better deal now but if you want to get a new phone 6 months down the line or if you need to cancel your contract for any reason (Or even go for a cheaper voice or data plan) lets talk will charge you $200-$300 fee on top of Verizon $350 cancellation fee. The slightest of hiccups and they get you.

I got cancelled, though the charge still shows pending on my credit card. Hopefully it disappears within a day or two.

All three of them have the same clause in their contract to bill you extra on top of the cancellation if you cancel.

Now on backordered status for my order, ordered at 330am (eastern), I'm a bit frustrated, but still glad to save $163. I've already waited long enough for this phone, so what's another few days.

Save yourself the trouble and buy from Amazon for $150 with any plan.
