LG Optimus - S / Google account

Hi friends ... I tried to make a purchase @ And Mkt ... the download didn't go through nd I have not been charged. The problem is I inadvertently used a Google / Gmail account that i cancelled eralier. Now I cannot get the 'request for password' notice deleted and off the screen. It also keeps me from ordering new apps with the correct Google info.

Can you help? Thanks ...
