Lg Optimus V *BRICK* HELP PLEASE

okay,
i accidently clicked Sw update on the lg optimus v and now it just boots up into recovery mode i have tried to restore from my original backup *i have clockwork 3.0.0.6
and tried this website too didnt work CLICK ME
okay and i just dont know what to do please if u can spare the time I REALLLLLLLY need your help

I am Running Stock VM rom

Have you tried flashing a rom to it yet?
You can get a stock VM rom, but I haven't had much luck, you could try Aphrodite Extra Pure, which is extremely close to stock and will not wipe out your data.

At least then you can get your data off and then start fresh.

Get something working on it, then try and use your recovery.

I have already flashed my stockopv.zip file currently on my SD
No Work
I Honestly Dont Give a Flying Rats a** for my data *apps contacts etc in that nature
I Just want my phone working again

Okay Which Rom i just did some research on Zefie's CM7 rom but i dont get the instructions can you give me a easier to install rom that will fix my problem

P.S
I installed this rom Earlier just after i rooted
the stock vm with xeiodo whatever and it wuldnt let me enable usb so i dont want that rom
already tried mount, unmounting etc.

All roms install roughly the same way.
Rodimus lists an easy way to install it.
