Well that's definitely good news but now the question is, how long until they release it? It's listed as manufacturer development, same as the G4, which has been sitting like that for a couple months now.

Progress nonetheless. Surprised the T-Mobile page updated before any word from LG.

That's the power of T-Mobile!!!

Verizon .....Verizon....Verizon...."the largest and most reliable network," but the slowest to release updates...smh...let's hold our breath and see who is still alive when Big Red updates the V10 to MM lol...

I just want bug fixes for the bluetooth disconnecting problem.

If I can get that, I'll stick with 5.1. Upgrading only causes problems. If it's not broke, why fix it?

I see you are on T-mobile. The recent Verizon release fixed the momentary BT disconnects.
Agree with you on the upgrade and new problems. I am satisfied with the latest release, don't rush out a buggy mess as lollipoop was for me on the G2.

His conclusions seem like simple common sense and not much of a stretch at all.
Ok.... But promotions and technical support / updates are two different departments... You think that company of that magnitude could multi task

I wait until marshmallow rolling out for the V10.
The 64GB Version is hard to get here and want to get sure the 32GB European version is getting same treatment :)

Not sure if it beats my Flex 2 as my daily runner though, but I'm buying because of hifi dac and cameras.

Sometimes, when a company is making great products and listening to their customers you have to vote with the wallet.

Will buy the Flex 3 for sure, too.

It's my understanding that once you opt to use the SD card for internal memory, you cannot insert another SD card.

If that is true, it is the only phone that does that. The purpose of the SD slot is to use and swap out different cards as needed.

He was clearly referencing adaptable storage. When you choose to use the SD card as internal storage, adaptable storage, you can no longer freely swap cards.

Exactly! That's why I pointed that out. It's not the phone, it's an option in Marshmallow. Thank you, tourbound, for pointing that out. It's listed in the OS specs for anyone who takes the time to check it. At least you and I know what we're talking about. LOL

From the article about MM for the V10: "LG V10 is a 5.7-inch phone that has a screen resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The front camera wears a 16 MP lens, while the rear camera has a pair of lens, each has 5 MP. The fingerprint sensor can be found right on the front camera"

Well, if their research on MM for the V10 is as accurate as the V10 description we may never get the MM update.

I think you got the rear and front camera specs reversed here.

Please note the specs listed were quoted from the article about MM coming to the V10. Did you miss the fingerprint sensor on the camera lens?

Lol yeah I saw that too. But I just hope Marshmallow improves battery life. That is the only improvement I need on the V10.
