First remove the back, remove the battery. It is at the top right corner of the battery.

Nothing special... Just played with the manual settings the other night while outside with the dog. Rested the phone against the garage siding and driveway but couldn't keep the clouds from moving

Yeah, it's a common mistake to call them "Canadian." We have a wildlife sanctuary near me with loads of them, which is how I found that out.
