Are you using the Tapatalk app? If so just click on the little box with the plus symbol on it after you close your keyboard. It should say photos, files, and videos above it.

Wow. I gotta tell you I'm really convinced in Google's software processing. The Google camera app isn't even optimized to run on our devices yet it produces some amazing results. I did a casual test to compare manual this time VS HDR+.I manually focused and set the ISO and shutter speed for what I thought was a pretty nice low light shot. Then I took the same picture in HDR+. The settings for my manual shot are ISO: 400, SS: 1/3" with manual focus. The settings for the Google shot are ISO: 1606, SS: 1/12". The high ISO shot is just as good if not better than my manual shot with almost identical noise levels. Very surprising. On a side note: the Google camera app sometimes has trouble focusing in low light with a lot of hunting and using HDR+ sometimes forces the app to close without saving the image. Here are the two pics. No edits.


Edit: for reference I took the same shot in manual with settings as close to Google's as possible, ISO: 1600, SS: 1/13".

That was pretty neat. You really put a lot of thought into your decorations. Also still loving the sound capture from the V20. I was playing this on my car speakers and I could swear the cars were passing right by me.

You could say I did a little planning. Lol

I already have plans for next year, which may or may not include runway lights on the roof with Santa coming in for a landing... If we remodel in the future, we also plan to put a picture window in the room on the right, mostly so the projections can be better seen without the framing in the middle. I just bought as my first house this year, but you could say I enjoy the holidays.

And no kidding about the audio pick up. I didn't think about that until you mentioned it, so I put on headphones to listen myself. It did make the cars sound faster than they really were, and not sure if it's a good or bad sign that they were so clear because I had adjusted the audio to pick up mostly from the front just to keep their sound down.

I spent the night with Google Camera and HDR+ and the results are just gorgeous. These are all handheld, point and shoot. The app crashed maybe two times in the 45 minutes of shooting. The one thing I really missed was manual focus as there were a few shots I just wasn't able to get because the subject was too close for the app to lock onto. And I resisted the urge to use the stock camera for the wide angle lens. If you just want beautiful, evenly exposed images that also saves the highlights at night I would say give this app a try for sure. If you want to get a little more creative and do long exposures of cars passing by or something like that this app won't help you at all. Very pleased with the images.

So for the first time I found an camera app outside of the stock camera app that I like and that would happen to be Google Camera. I really like the output it produces and the HDR+ processing is really just nice.
