Figured it out. For those wondering, long press app on the dock, choose Change short cut, then Applications, put what ever app you want, then Default Icon.
I haven't much experience with Launchers since I've been running Sense roms.

What is the technological answer to why liquid cannot run NFL mobile, My verizon, animated Go Weather, and Crazy Snowboard? I love liquid but everything on BAMF 1.10 works.

Most of us here that answer questions here are not the developers... but the main cause of why the NFL Mobile app does not work is because the MyVerizon app does not work... if the MyVerizon app would work, the NFL Mobile app would work. This is a problem with all AOSP ROMs, not just Liquid. And for those that are not big NFL Mobile fans (not that I don't like football), or need the MyVerizon app and really like the true, or very close to try Android experience, Liquid Smooth is a great break from all the HTC Sense bloat.
And I have no idea why Go Weather or that Crazy Snowboard app doesn't work... Beautiful Widget's animated weather works on this ROM.
Easy man. I only used Liquid as an example because it's my daily driver and I love it. I just don't understand why something works on sense and is glitchy on AOSP. I don't view it as a bad thing , was just trying to understand the technical issues. For me, to be able to switch roms for a day with ease is awesome. We're all in this together. Let's be friends.

Sounds like you thought I was reading you the riot act... sorry, but no, that was not my intention... but if the people that are writing CyanogenMod can't make it work!?!?!? You might have better luck finding the answer, which I'm sure has been discussed numerous times on their forums I'd go over to Liquid Smooth Roms or http://www.cyanogenmod.com/ and Search in their forums.
About to load this ROM, I have never flashed a Kernal becuase all the roms I have flashed before came with one loaded already. Do I WIPE everything and flash rom, then WIPE everything again and flash kernal?
Only need to wipe the two caches when flashing kernels... dalvik and partition. Flash ROM....then reboot and flash kernel.
Loaded this rom today and so far its been awesome. 2 things though, in the screen shots there is a clock /weather widget with a sad face storm any idea how I can get it?
Also gtalk video force closes every time I try to video chat, is there a fix?

Beautiful Wiget is the clock and weather widget. I don't use gtalk, but I'd first try clearing cache and data on the app by going into Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All tab > select app, then clear cache and data.

problem is the 720p camera fix - there's talk of this on rootwiki revnumbers cm4dx gb forum. All OK before the 720p fix was added in - no good after. I'm actually looking for a 720p unpatcher due to other issues after the fix (imedia share no longer works, a couple other video related apps not working). Anyone know of a way to go back to pre-720p WITHOUT going back to an older ROM version?
I'm using the ICS launcher from the market with this rom and it's awesome. I'm not as impatient about the Galaxy Nexus now.

Its super annoying! I can receive video calls thru gtalk but I can't make my own calls out, it force closes every time

Loving this rom! So far everything works fine. Been a fan since the 3.1 version.

7million times and counting... AOSP ROMs have a known issue with GPS lock-on... fix: make a current backup, flash any Sense ROM like BAMF Forever, login, start Navigation app, get a GPS Lock by pulling up an address, leave Navigation app running... optional, make a backup... restore AOSP ROM... fixed.
Best solution, before flashing any AOSP ROM is to start the Navigation app, get a GPS lock, then flash the new ROM.
theres an app called gps fix, go outside and run the app when it locks your done. worked for me before
Thanks. I love this rom. I knew you guys would help. I'm sure there's a thread for this but I didn't feel like searching through 7 million and counting comments.
