Lollipop for LG Optimus F3? Is this a scam?

I'm currently on an LG Optimus F3, via Virgin Mobile.

Rooted, but using Android 4.1.2, stock ROM.

This is the phone, if anyone reading this is familiar with it, that was crippled by LG's inane decision to only put 1.2GB internal storage on the device. I rooted it and am using Link2SD to make the thing usable. (I don't have a lot of apps, but damn - 1.2GB isn't enough.)

Today, I found this site:

lollipop-rom.org/mp3-0/lg-optimus-f3-5509.html

I'd love to have a new OS on this thing as I can't afford replacing it right now. But my spidy sense is tingling. The broken english, the "survey download"... is this just a scam, or is there an actual, stable/usable Android Lollipop ROM for this phone now? Anyone know?

I also wonder - if this is actually legit, does Lollipop bring back the native ability to store apps on the SD card?

Thanks:)

Of course that's a scam. Those people requiring you to complete offers to download are 100% scam. Also, didn't you notice that you can't leave any comments on the post? It's just more of their scam trying to convince you that it's the real deal. I searched at xda-forums just in case, and there are no such thing. I use an extension called Personal Blocklist by Google and added that domain on to the list so I don't see any junk from those scum bags.
