Lollipop Issues - Help

Is anyone else having these two issues???

After updating to lollipop and running tunein or any app that is constantly running, I get a drop down warning saying that that app uses a a lot of battery. Does anyone know how to deactivate this warning?

Next question, has anyone figured out how to change the horrendous home screen buttons that came with lollipop? Square, Circle and Triangle are so lame.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have any 3rd party battery or power management apps installed?

I think you'd have to root the phone in order to customize the navigation buttons with an app like SoftKeyZ Root.
