I have not had any reboots that I know of, Ive used my navigation ALOT the last week while on vacation and never had a reboot, since the OTA my battery life is excellent compared to how it was before. Im in Washington state, no 4G in Spokane so I have it set to to CDMA Auto (PRL) while here, when I was in Seattle last week had it set to 4G and never had a boot. (OMG Please get 4G to Spokane soon)

The only thing I do different is I reboot every morning before jumping in the shower. But its never randomly shut down in middle of an app or call. I am not going to do a reboot for a few days to see on my uptime.

OH, I was rooted, I unrooted and did the OTA. Im still Unrooted currently but getting rdy to pull the trigger.

Up time is the time since the phone was restarted or turned off. So it can include plugged in time just so you know.

Thanks, I did not know; however, the post indicated "under battery" so I assumed it meant without recharging.

I'm pretty sure he just means "under" battery as in under the battery info in settings:

Settings --> About Phone --> Battery

Not actually under battery power.
