LS970ZVB (Sprint Jelly Bean Update)

The original ZVA build info dump on the server showed 4.1.2. I don't know where people are getting the "ZVA is 4.2" stuff.

The rooted community is already running ZVB because somebody managed to pull the update zip a couple weeks ago. How? I'm not sure. Who? I don't know that either. LG/Sprint has not yet officially pushed the OTA.

Sprint did confirm again today that 4.1.2 is the version will be getting and it has been released OTA. So 4.2 was a typo as was 4.1.1.

Even going by the latest date I recall seeing (3/12) it would seem like someone in one of the forums would have reported getting it by now.

Of course, I suppose they could be busy experimenting with Google Now and mesmerized by other features of the new OS...

I promise I will report a successful upgrade if I get it before I see someone else reporting it.

Does anyone know how they typically roll out? I wouldn't think it would be geographic, as a local segment of their network could be overtaxed... Maybe serial number?

I just cleared my Google Services Framework, and now the update is downloading to my phone.

I had to go into app settings and force stop, then clear my Google Service Framework. Then back to software update, and it was there. I had tried to update it normally 10 seconds before unsuccessfully. Updated to JB in S.W. Missouri. Good luck....

I just updated and after everything was finished I noticed my voice text option was gone. I don't understand. How can I get this working again?

I think the vast majority of users got it today since we have had reports from just about every region on other forums. So obviously they didn't need to release it over a 10 day period to prevent overload on the servers.
