LS970ZVB (Sprint Jelly Bean Update)

Cleared Framework and got the update. Played around with it, went to restart the phone and was treated to a factory reset.
:(

Got it here in NY. Force stop Framework, clearing data and rebooting didn't work the first time. A few minutes later, I tried again but second time I only cleared the data, and there it was.

I would like to thank LG, Sprint, and everyone who bought this phone for this update.
This phone was fast on ICS and I have a Nexus 10 so I was pretty sure JB would be
an improvement but this thing is absolutely flying now, everything is super smooth
and if you're lucky enough to be in an LTE area you'll be glad you have unlimited data.

I got it last night after clearing the google framework like a thousand times.. I was on wifi.. Turned wifi off, then tried it and it worked.. it made the phone SO much faster man.. I missed JB, I came from the Galaxy Nexus.

It is extremely fast! People really sleep on this phone...waaaay better than s3 to me. The update makes this phone perfect. I don't feel the need to get a one or s4 at all. This phone should keep up just fine in real world situations. I seriously can't imagine a phone being noticeably faster

That's true. I also think this phone is bring underrated by the public. :/ kinda sucks it isn't getting the attention it deserves.

completed all the steps and no update but I'm in Maine - it's probably buried in snow :D

I really hope that it is not geographically rolled out, since it would defeat the purpose of a phased approach to sequentially flood certain regions.

If I were the roll-out god, I would probably pick something more randomly distributed like the last digit(s) of the telephone number, or serial number... or maybe the minute from the activation time for the phone, or the last letter of the primary account holder's name, or the number of minutes used last month mod 17, or the MAC address, or a randomized list... or any one of thousands of better algorithms better than geographical location.

BTW - I already have my upgrade. The last digit of my phone number is 9, the last segment of my MAC address is 57, and I am in Pennsylvania. :)

Haha haha! This made my day. :D
I've even factory reset my phone then cleared out my framework and danced with chickens under a pine tree for luck.
Foiled again.... Like yesterday's meatloaf
