I believe I've uncovered the reason for your lack of LTE. I noticed your box supports only Band 4 LTE which is predominantly a band found in Canada, South America, and USA LTE bands (however USA carriers lock their LTE bands so only their branded device have access). My guess is you purchased a Canadian 9005 model which would make sense given the Band 4 LTE support. When you see the picture of the other 9005 LTE model posted by the other member in this forum post, that model supports more bands of LTE that are more common around the European and Asian markets. Though it's a LTE 9005 model it only supports band 4, which the UK and most of Europe and Asia do not, so you won't gain LTE on your device.
