M8 3D camera questions

When viewing pictures in 3d mode on my M8, there is a transparent bar at the top of the picture. How do I remove it?

Also how can I view this 3d effect form a PC?

Anyone figure this out yet? I really like the 3d effect in some pictures but why on earth they overlay a transparent bar on top is really annoying. Even after you save the 3d image and view it and there are no menu options to display the bar is still at the top when viewing and it is super annoying.
