major APN and customer service problems

my sgh-I997 has been problem after problem. it has been sayin no network/IMEI for weeks. but yesterday i stumbled in the mobile networks and discovered that no APNs are set. (I say stumbled because as it doesnt havin any network connection, i cant look in my mobile networks. I was hoping this will finally be the root of the problem ive been lookin for. does anyone know the cause for this? AT&Ts customer service hasnt had any clue to what to tell me. theyve always been good for the most part. Anyone know the APN settings, ive callled and asked been hung up on twice.

i tried them yesterday and didnt get it to work. But i do preciate it. If yu see, read, or hear anything that may help, let me know. The local phonedoctor doesnt even know what to do. im just gonna have to learn how to root fast as possible.

Do a search on xda developers for no imei for your phone to find a solution. I had the same problem on a galaxy s3.
