Micro Sd car problems

Hi chaps

I have a Sandisk ultra 64gb class 10. When I put my music on it, It either disappears or only plays 9 seconds of the song then goes to the next song and does the same. Is this a duff card as my last phone was a htc one x cheers

Have you checked the SD card in a computer or any other device to make sure it works?
It could be the SD or something in the phone; hardware or software related. I'll try to enlist some help for you.

I would try this: Let Android format the SD card. After that is done, place the SD card in your PC and reload the music, but in smaller batches. Sometimes, and I don't know why, Windows has a hard time writing large files or large bundles of files to SD cards.
