I did a dirty from 116 to 124 then 126 when it came out. Still having issues with not being able to update or install from the market. Haven't left my phone on long enough to see if the reboots are still there. I'll try to wipe data, partition, and davlik and install 126 again. Hopefully, that works.

Have you done the Chainfire Pro fix tip? Those that have done the dirty flash and the chainfire market fix like I have, have not had any issues.

I've been kind of busy lately and haven't look into this more..... has anyone found or heard if there is a update or fix tor the signal meter?

Reception seems to be fine but its driving me crazy to see how low the system reads my signal reception is. The meter is configured to read only the regular 5 bars even at maximum and at times calls worked when the phone said I had no signal.

Not a major but hope for a solution.

No that was actually going to be the next thing I tried.

I did do a clean install of 116 then straight to 126 over that. No 121, then 124, etc. That seemed to fix it. Haven't had any reboots and have been able to download and install from the market. However, I'm going to try and revert back to another ROM(G3D) for a sec and make sure I don't have any issues with the market like I had before to make sure whatever was "broke" is indeed fixed.

Signal fix to be honest is very low on the totem pole at the moment for things to be fixed. Its all visual and nothing having to do with the functionality of the signal. It will be fixed, just when other issues are handled first.

Just installed this ROM. Really like it but every time I try to install something, the phone freezes. I've tried installing from titanium backup, market, and SD card. All result in a frozen phone. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Might need to download R121 and clean flash that, then dirty to any version past that. The have had an issue with 122 and up being clean installed. That fixed my similar issues at least.

Could you possibly explain this a different way? I know enough about rooting to flash ROMS and all that good stuff, but I have no idea what you are telling me to do.

Yep, when you flash without even so much as wiping your nose, thats called a dirty flash, and thats what you want to do. If you check the download site, youll see a folder labled "Old". Thats where youll find the older builds.

Go HERE and download 121, wipe everything then flash 121. Reboot phone, let it all settle in. Then reboot back into recovery and install 126 over 121 without doing any wipes.

Has anybody else had the issue that after flashing this version of the ROM it gives you an ERROR downloading message. I can push the app from the internet via my PC, but I CANNOT download from my phone.

If I reflash to another ROM (i.e. das BAMF), it does the same thing. What I have to do is load the GB OTA and then re-root my phone to gain root.

I really like this ROM, but since I have had this happen 2 times for me with this ROM, I am a little gunshy.

I had an issues with number 124, 126, 129 for some reason it will reboot when installing titanium backup

I wish I would have written the exact wording but it said something like "Error download,.....server". Sorry.......I used 89 and it worked amazing, but then I upraded to 124 and it happened.

Let me expand on what I had to do to get ROOT back. I did a FACTORY RESET. I had to take the GB OTA (from Android Police), rename it ito PG05IMG.zip, copy it to my SDcard and then go into BOOTLOADER and then it flashed the RUU and I was able to go to the market and download apps.

Then I had to go into Revolutionary and run that and then copy the SU file and go into recovery and blah blah blah....LOLOLOL.

Then after than, I ran ROM Manager and installed das BMAF to see if it cleared up.....it did.

At first I thought this was all due to the fact that I was using a aftermarket extended battery...I wasn't getting a good 4G signal despite the fact that I live in Silicon Valley and we are glowing with the 4G. I went back to my stock battery and that definitely fixed the radio issue, but the ERROR download was still there.

I can download the latest and try it again....I have a few hours today....LOLOL

Thats...just odd. First, I would highly suggest NEVER using ROM Manager. Recovery is one thing, but ROM Manager is terrible. I would highly suggest following this: New to SynergyROMs? READ THIS FIRST..

The ONLY thing that would be different is that you will want to flash 121 first, boot up all the way, restart back into recovery and then flash 129. This however will be fixed shortly. V is working on cleaning it up.

Clear titanium cache? Might fix it? If you download an app from the market does it create the same result?

Did you fresh install them? There is a known issue currently with any version past 121 doing that. The immediate fix to this if you did fresh 124 and the others is to Clean flash 121, then dirty 129 or whatever version you want to use.

Dirty Flash
On an Android phone, when you are running a custom ROM, you flash a new build of the ROM directly over it in recovery without wiping ANYTHING.
Eternity by InfectedROMs was having problems with builds past 121, and the fix was to dirty flash the latest build over a build of Eternity revision 116-121. This would fix the market rebooting issue.
