Does the fact that this is is running 4.4.3 make the whole thing more likely to be fake. I thought google didn't give out advanced versions.
I think if moto goes above 5" for their flagship phone, LG will eat them for lunch, especially with the redesigned LG UI that leaked for the G3. LG already beats moto in screen quality, camera and battery life, and smallest bezels. Size is the last differentiator for moto

If they wish to come out with different devices that have a variety of screen sizes, that's great. But I want an option with a smaller display.
I imagine that any new Moto X phone will utilize the same X8 chip architecture used in the original, right?
I doubt they will use x8. The always listening features and low power monitors are baked into the SD800+. So why add two extra chips.
Now, if I am forced to buy the phone through Verizon on contract, no sale. No way.
Better power consumption and its better to use what they already know and have.

Why can't moto release multiple screen sizes? If you guys like the x maybe you should hope the company is successful. A 5" x doesn't prevent another 4.7 from coming 6 months or a year later? Plus your current x won't die when the 5 inch gets released
How about a large phone/small phone release cadence switching every year? Every two years everyone gets a new phone I the size they want. Or maybe they release them all near the same time... Who knows but quit the apocalypse complaints![]()
Lets keep in mind if your thinking of selling your device and doing so in the forums please follow the rules and post it in the Marketplace forums.
Thanks.
LG and Motorola have two different subsets of fans. LG has been making more power used devices. Motorola has been making jack of trades master of none devices that are also affordable and have wide availability. Moto X and G are available anywhere (all carriers) and available for ~$350 online while the G2 is over $400+ and is tied to carriers.
Seriously. Those two companies are not going for the same crowds of people. LG wants in on the Samsung specwhore, gross UI crowd. Motorola is pitching toward a completely different audience. If anything, they're trying to be more of a Nexus-like alternative.
They can.
